Our law practice consists of real estate law, probate and estates and trusts.  In our real estate practice we handle commercial and residential real estate transactions, association, construction and judgment liens, foreclosures, quiet title actions, broker claims and other real estate-related litigation.  Our probate practice includes probate administration, will contests, trust litigation and competency and guardianship proceedings. Our estates and trusts practice is comprised of estate planning,  and trust creation and administration.
